Description
DTF Printing Procedures:
- Printing on Film: Your design is printed onto film using our DTF printer. The printer uses textile inks, usually a combination of CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) and white inks. The white ink acts as a base layer, allowing the design to pop on dark fabrics.
- Transfer to Fabric: The printed film is placed onto the fabric, and a heat press is used to transfer the design. The heat and pressure from the press activate the adhesive, bonding the design to the fabric. (we reccommended 160c to 180c)
- Peeling: After pressing, the film is peeled away, leaving the design adhered to the fabric. The transfer process creates a durable and flexible print that feels soft to the touch. (Please leave to cool down before peal)
